Accessibility. Community. Adaptability
I believe movement should be accessible, community should feel welcoming and every person deserves to feel capable in their own body.
Those values shape everything I do, from how I teach to how I educate Pilates instructors. Great teaching isn’t about having the biggest exercise library, it’s about creating an environment where every client feels seen, supported and successful.
Movement has shaped my life for over two decades. My journey began in figure skating, where I represented Australia, before discovering Pilates at 12 years old. What started as a support for my athletic training quickly became a lifelong passion.
Throughout my life, Pilates has been a constant. Supporting me through injuries, building strength, and shaping how I understand movement beyond the physical. It taught me that movement is about adaptability, resilience and meeting the body where it’s at.
That philosophy became the foundation of Pocket Rocket Pilates.
Today, I work with Pilates instructors through workshops, mentorship and education designed to build confidence, clarity and practical teaching skills. My goal is simple. To help instructors create inclusive, adaptable and engaging classes for every body, in every room.
