Over the past decade, my work has spanned group reformer teaching, international workshops, elite sport environments and global education platforms. Each experience has shaped the way I approach movement education today and how I support instructors in building confidence, clarity and adaptability in their teaching.
Foundation
My teaching began through hands on experience in group reformer, private, semi-private and clinical settings, working with a wide range of clients including general populations, NDIS participants and athletic populations. Alongside my ongoing professional development through industry workshops, mentorship environments and international training experiences, I have completed a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Certificate III in Fitness, which have supported and shaped my approach to movement education and instruction. This early stage of my career built the foundation of how I understand movement, adaptability and teaching for real people in real environments.
Applied Experience
Across multiple annual trips to Andorra, I worked at international figure skating development camps alongside Olympians and Olympic coaches, teaching Pilates to elite athletes and supporting their training, recovery and performance preparation. Alongside this, I have worked across a range of studios throughout Australia, continuing to develop my teaching across different environments and client populations. My work has evolved into a specialisation in open level, dynamic group reformer classes, where I focus on creating accessible, challenging and adaptable programming for a wide range of clients.
Workshops & Teaching Engagement
I deliver workshops across Australia, interstate and internationally, focused on scalable, open level group reformer programming and stretch based movement integration. Alongside external workshops, I have also facilitated in house education sessions for studios across Australia, supporting instructor development within their own teaching environments. I am currently Lead Instructor and Head of Education at The Station Pilates Studios on the Sunshine Coast, where I oversee programming, instructor development and ongoing education frameworks.
Education Platforms
I contribute to international Pilates education platforms, including Pilates Pro Flow and Class Choreography, where I develop and deliver educational content focused on instructor development, programming and practical application for dynamic group reformer and apparatus based teaching.
Industry Engagement & Presenting
I have been invited to present at leading industry events, including the Pilates Journal Expo (2026), where I shared education focused on adaptive stretch, movement programming and instructor development. I was also a speaker at Anatomy of Presence in Byron Bay (2026), contributing to discussions around adaptive stretch, movement awareness and teaching methodology within contemporary Pilates education. In 2023, I was named a finalist for AusActive’s Pilates Professional of the Year, recognising my contribution to the Pilates industry, including my work in education and instructor development.
What I aim to create in my work with instructors is a sense of clarity, confidence and support in how they teach. My focus is on helping instructors build adaptable, accessible and intelligent programming so they feel equipped in real class environments, not just in theory.
